The TripCheck app developed by Pace Paratransit provides a convenient solution for passengers to manage their paratransit rides efficiently. Through this application, users can access trip information, make cancellations, and customize alerts via email, text messages, and phone calls. Notably, the app mirrors the features available on the TripCheck web platform at www.PaceBus.com/TripCheck.
Accessible to Chicago and suburban ADA Paratransit riders, as well as individuals utilizing Pace-operated Dial-a-Ride services, TripCheck streamlines the process of monitoring and modifying trip details. To begin using this service, users only require their unique TripCheck ID and password.
Upon logging in, customers can effortlessly review trip specifics by navigating to the "Trips" section on the app. This area also permits users to swiftly cancel reservations as needed. The calendar feature organizes all scheduled trips efficiently, displaying essential details like pickup times, addresses, and dropoff locations. Furthermore, those with subscription-based trips have the option to review and request changes to their subscriptions.
Moreover, the TripCheck app offers flexibility in managing contact details and alert settings via the My Profile page. Users can opt in or out of receiving email and text alerts on various aspects such as trip bookings, cancellations, imminent arrivals, and next-day itineraries. To customize alert preferences from the Trip Check system, customers can click on "My Profile" in the left navigation bar to update personal information and set notification options.
